PROJECT DESCRIPTION – Designing a structure on a corner plot presents a multifaceted challenge that necessitates a meticulous consideration of not only the prevailing architectural parameters but also potential urban developments. Foremost among these considerations is the projection of future road-widening initiatives. The need to accommodate such alterations compels architects to envision a spatial arrangement that adheres to the set standards and regulations, primarily those governing setbacks, thereby ensuring that the building remains in compliance with the law.
It is within this intricate architectural backdrop that we embarked on a design journey aimed at fulfilling our client’s specific requirements. The confluence of these requirements led us to conceive a model that seamlessly marries the time-honored elegance of traditional architectural elements with the dynamic aesthetic of contemporary design. This fusion, embodied in the architectural DNA of the residence, is emblematic of a harmonious coexistence between the past and the present.
A distinguishing feature of the structure, which lends it its individuality and character, is the cladding. The cladding, a façade that encapsulates the essence of the building, stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to architectural innovation. This unique cladding acts as the visual focal point, an artistic expression that brings a dynamic contrast to the building’s overall design.
With a generous expanse of front area space, our architectural endeavor remained rooted in the notion of optimizing functionality without compromising aesthetics. The spatial design was meticulously calculated to retain as much of the building area as possible, creating a harmonious union of functionality and architectural sophistication.
