This project was a complete transformation of a 12 year old double storeyed residence in the heart of Trivandrum. The existing ground floor 1BHK with an attached mill and rented upper floor was reimagined into a spacious 3 BHK home through a full internal and external redesign. Retaining the mill and porch, the new plan brings in openness, light, and functionality. The striking blue vertical window adds identity to the façade, defining the home’s minimal and airy character.
