Project Description – Designing on a plot of land spanning a mere three cents posed a formidable challenge, yet through meticulous planning and utmost attention to budget constraints, we managed to transform this seemingly limited space into a reality that met all the client’s needs and aspirations. The plot was situated in a depression, which posed significant challenges in terms of land development. Overcoming this obstacle required a comprehensive understanding of terrain management and drainage solutions. In terms of design, we opted for a contemporary architectural model that seamlessly integrated the client’s unique requirements. This involved a careful consideration of space utilization and functionality, maximizing every square inch to its full potential
