Project Description – Rebin’s residence, located on the outskirts of Pathanamthitta in a hilly region, presented a few challenges due to the site’s natural topography. However, this unique terrain also offered an opportunity to create a spacious and well planned design. The residence features two patios, double-height spaces, internal courtyards, an open kitchen, and two utility areas, ensuring both functionality and comfort.

Having a large site allowed us greater freedom in design, and we were able to make the best use of the available space. The house follows a contemporary architectural style with a dark color theme, complemented by jallis that enhance ventilation and add an element of traditional charm. Together, these features give the home a rustic yet classy appearance that blends beautifully with the natural surroundings.
