Project Description – This project is located beside the NH Bypass at Kayamkulam, a prime and easily visible location. Keeping this in mind, we designed the residence to have an elevated appearance, even though the ground level was not raised due to the client’s budget limits. The site was properly leveled to achieve a neat and balanced look. This house is designed for an elderly couple, with a focus on providing plenty of natural light and fresh air for a comfortable living environment.
