Project Description – Design is art that we custom fabricate for each individual, a family or a community, trying to envision how it will change and help better lifestyle and in turn themselves. It is with this view that we approached this project. Here art, architecture and design are completely intertwined and we continually work towards blurring the boundaries between them by constantly adopting ideas and strengthens from each field of art.

This architectural project seamlessly blends functionality and spaciousness within a compact footprint. With 4 bedrooms, a Pooja area, kitchen, utility space, formal and family living areas, dining room, courtyard, and patio, every client need is met without sacrificing size considerations. Utilizing double-height areas and numerous skylights and openings, the house feels expansive and airy. To mitigate constraints from a dip in the courtyard, it’s maintained at the same level with a glass covering, ensuring continuity of space. The staircase serves as a focal point, cleverly integrated to provide a patio in this narrow plot. Overall, the design achieves a harmonious balance of practicality, aesthetics, and spatial optimization.
