Project Description – The architectural project of renovation for this house was born from a void. The construction’s strategic insertion is designed to present the viewer with better visuals of the surroundings. Applying that strategy to the ground floor – which contains the house’s social area – it opens up to a patio that shows the visuals of landscape. Taking into account that this is an area in the process of constructive and use transformation, the basic premise was to design the building in relation to the pre-existing structures, but also, and above all, to endow it with characteristics that would allow it to dialogue in the future with new neighboring constructions, something that was confirmed, since new contiguous buildings appeared in the meantime.
